Should you already have design ideas, concepts, specific fabric or colour choices in mind you'd like, please provide the information to our team. The more detailed your information, the better we can match your vision.

Our typical turnaround time is between 8–12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and our current order queue. We recommend placing your order well in advance, especially if you need it by a certain date. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Yes, we create custom gear for wrestlers of all genders and body types.

Yes, we do! If you need help refining your design or creating something from scratch, we offer consultation services to guide you through the process. Just let us know your ideas, and we'll work together to create your dream gear.

Because each piece is made to your specifications, we do not offer returns or exchanges for custom gear. However, if there is an issue with sizing or craftsmanship, please contact us within 3 days, and we'll work with you to resolve the problem.

Pricing depends on the complexity of the design, materials used and customization details.

We offer a rush service in certain cases, depending on our current workload. Please contact us directly.

Yes, we typically require between a 30% and 50% deposit to begin production, for orders below €200 the payment is due in full.  

The remaining balance is due before shipping. If the deposit or payment to secure your spot isn't paid within 7 days after the offer was sent, the spot and timeline will no longer be offered.

As Clothesline Custom Gear primarily ships within the EU, the estimated delivery times with DHL are as follows:

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• Austria: 2–4 business days

• France, Netherlands, Belgium: 3–5 business days

• Spain, Italy, Poland: 4–6 business days

• Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Finland): 4–7 business days

• Eastern Europe (Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania): 5–8 business days

• Greece, Malta, Cyprus: 7–10 business days

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location.

By submitting designs, logos, or other protected content, the customer confirms that they hold all necessary rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, or usage rights) for their use. Clothesline Custom Gear does not verify the legality of these materials and is not liable for any infringement of third-party rights.

In the event of claims by third parties due to unauthorized use, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Clothesline Custom Gear harmless from any resulting claims, costs, and damages.

The easy answer, I step into the ring myself and test the materials. We use reinforced stitching and high-quality materials specifically designed to withstand the rigours of wrestling performance. Durability and flexibility are our top priorities.

We recommend hand-washing your gear in cold to lukewarm water with a mild detergent and air-drying to preserve the materials and elasticity. Avoid harsh detergents or machine drying, as this can damage the fabric.
